Nature Mobiles
Tuesday, July 7th
Kids will explore their natural environment and create mobiles with found natural objects

Materials:
- Stick or Wire to hold up mobile
- String
- Scissors or Hole punch
- Paint
- Paint brush
- Large found leaves
- Optional: Flowers, card stock, colorful tape
Art and Imagination
Accordion Books
Tuesday, July 14th
Kids will learn how to create accordion books that they can then fill with imaginative possibilities!

Kids will learn about habitats by creating their own mini environments for an animal of their choosing.

Uncovering Hidden Heroes through Art
Tuesday, July 28th
Kids will learn how to research and identify hidden heroes in our history and then share their knowledge by creating stickers to share their knowledge.
Materials:
- Paper
- Parchment or Wax paper
- Drawing Materials
- Clear Packaging Tape
- Scissors
- Internet access

Locative Story Collages
Tuesday, August 4th
Kids will explore their houses and backyards to discover places that spark their interest and then create a collage or character to fit inside that space.
Materials:
- sticks or toothpicks or skewers
- Packaging Tape
- Magazines, books, old photographs
- Tape or glue
- Paper
- Drawing materials
- Printer (optional)
