Course Description: Exploration of mixed media, painting, craft, and performance art from the 1960’s up to the present.

Student assignments include an exhibition review of the exhibition Alien Nations 2020, a presentation of an artist from the exhibition Alien Nations 2020, and a collage inspired by the Guerrilla Girls “The Art of Complaining” (The Art Assignment) as a warm up to the creative experience of artmaking
